Quick fixes for missing sign-up confirmation and password reset emails.
1.Check your spam / junk folder first
Confirmation and password reset emails often land in Spam or the Promotions tab. Search your whole mailbox for "BioPath" or "biopathhub".
2.Add our sender to your contacts
Add noreply@notify.biopathhub.net to your contacts or safe-sender list so future emails go straight to your inbox.
3.Give it a few minutes
Most emails arrive within a minute, but some providers — university mail especially — delay delivery by 5–15 minutes.
4.Only use the newest email
Each new request invalidates earlier links. Clicking an older link shows an "expired link" message.
5.Double-check the address you typed
A single typo sends the email somewhere else. Verify the address and request the email again.
6.University mail servers can block us
Some institutional servers reject external senders. If nothing arrives after 15 minutes, try a Gmail or Outlook address.
